Recently promoted as Division Vice President of Manufacturing at Nissan, Victor oversees multiple capital projects and initiatives collectively totaling over $1.5 billion. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Victor brings experience in project management, data analysis, process improvement, and process implementation workflows and technology solutions for production environmentswith 20 plus years of engineering/Business/Operational management.
Victor is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
He will share his personal perspective in connection with this year’s NMIS theme of Innovate. Pivot. Lead. and inspire the manufacturing community to seek new and creative solutions, make business, operational, or process adjustments, and demonstrate confidence and leadership in action.
